This reward program is due to the massive request from our fans on the Make-A-Wish contest giveaway, in which, we decided to make this a reality to you all, making the Reward Program happening. We listened to your request, and we will do our best to fulfill their wishes.
The PP Reward Points program is designed to help you get the most out of your membership. We reward you for doing the things you already do: which is shopping on PinkyParadise.com. Best of all, the points you earn can be used to earn store-credits, which you can enjoy discount on the next purchase, or keep the point for more exciting promotions in the near future!
There will be NO Expiration Date for your points, which mean you can now keep your points for future uses in store-credit, or even exchange for gift in our future promotion! The more you buy, the better the rewards you get!
What’s great about it? There’s NO Minimum Redeem for this reward program! With each purchase you made, you will have enough points to redeem for store credits on your next purchase. Great future promotion such as using points to exchange for lenses and DOUBLE or even TRIPLE POINTS event in the future is definitely something that will happen!
There’s no fee needed to join the membership, all you need to do is just what you do as always, which is buying lenses and looking great!
How does the PP Reward work?
Step-by-step guide

1. Each product will come with the points depending on the price of it. Point will vary depending on the product.
2. First, click the "My Rewards" in your account.
3. Then, insert how many points you would like to use for the redemption and click redeem now to exchange for the amount of gift certificate.
4. When the point have been redeemed, there will be a dialog box appear as of below and you will now have the amount of gift certificate credit as of you redeemed.
5. You can check how much gift certificate you have at the page "View gift certificate balance".
6. The gift certificate will minus out on the total order in the next purchase.

Points are earned on every product on PinkyParadise.com. 20pts = USD1
What is Pending Points?
Points will be added to your PP Reward account as pending points and will be available for use 30 days after shipment.
What can be redeemed?
You can use your points to redeem for a gift certificate credit during checkout on your next purchase. In addition, we will have few special gifts available in the future promotion. You may use points to redeem our special gift. Stay tuned.
Does minimum points require?
No Minimum Points Required.
Do my points expire?
No Expiration Date.
Will I earn points for shipping fees and taxes?
Shipping fees is excluded when calculating the amount of points earned.
Could I get refund or transfer points to others?
No. PP points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Orders made using PP Point gift certificates.
Any orders that are purchased fully or partially via PP Reward store credit will not qualify for PP Reward points. Kindly note on this before redeeming points, since PP Reward store credit will be automatically applied to the first order placed after points are redeem (and to the next order after that if there is any credit remaining and so on.
I accidentally clicked to redeem my points, can I restore it back?
No. Points that had been redeem cannot be converted to points again.
Refund/Cancel Order
Point will be deducted if order has been refund or cancel.
Can this point works on Dropshipper?
No. Dropshiper is not able to enjoy this reward program.
Why do beauty products pp point lower than circle lenses?
We encourage our customers to purchase our circle lenses as they are main product of PinkyParadise. That is the significance of higher reward points for circle lenses compare to beauty products.
